If you’d like to arrange a free home survey, we’ll simply take a few details and book a convenient time for one of our experienced surveyors to visit.
2. FREE HOME SURVEY
One of our experienced surveyors will visit your home to discuss your needs, assess your existing bathroom and answer any questions you may have.
This is not a sales appointment. We’ll talk you through the available options, show you samples and discuss what solutions would work best for you, your home and your budget.
There is no obligation to proceed, and we won’t ask for a deposit or expect you to place an order during the appointment.
3. 3D DESIGN & PROPOSAL
Following your home survey, we’ll prepare a personalised bathroom proposal tailored to your requirements.
This includes a clear quotation, product recommendations and a realistic 3D design so you can see exactly how your new bathroom could look before proceeding.
There is no pressure to proceed – take the time you need to review your proposal and discuss with family before making a decision.
4. BOOKING YOUR INSTALLATION
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a convenient installation date and guide you through the next steps.
We’ll order all materials, coordinate every aspect of the project and keep you updated throughout the lead time, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and hassle-free installation.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, so you always know what to expect and when.
5. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Our experienced installers will transform your bathroom with care and attention to detail, treating your home with the utmost respect throughout the project.
We work efficiently and professionally to minimise disruption, keeping you informed throughout the installation.
Once the work is complete, we’ll remove all waste materials and leave your home clean, tidy and ready for you to enjoy.
6. HANDOVER & AFTERCARE
Once your installation is complete, your installer will carry out a full handover to ensure you’re completely happy with your new bathroom.
They’ll explain how everything works, answer any questions and make sure you’re confident using your new bathroom, ready to enjoy your first bath or shower.

We understand that the perfect bathing solution may look different to an elderly person who requires wheelchair access, for example. While others may need a mobility shower that is only different to a traditional shower in its anti-slip flooring.
However, we can entirely transform your bathroom space using an array of safety features as finishing touches. This can include safety grab bars, level access shower trays, adjustable shower heads, and more. All this can be seen in your free 3D bathroom design before you agree to make a payment.

FAQs
Walk-In Showers are not designed for wheelchair users due to the general step-in that is required with a walk-in shower. Although this would be minimal, it would not be practical for a wheelchair user. We would recommend a Wet Room for Wheelchair users but depending on your own individual circumstances, ramps can be fitted onto most shower trays to aid wheelchair users.
We have a years of vast experience in the mobility bathroom installation industry, from designing and product knowledge, to installation and customer service. We are to help and advise, not push or sell you anything you do not want. Still not convinced, speak to a health professional such as an Occupational Therapist who could advise you further on what solution would be best for you.
We have a wide range of different shower trays and screen set-ups to suit all bathroom types, even ones which will fit directly over an existing bath tub footprint. Our free home visit service allows us to assess your bathroom, without the added hassle of a pushy salesman and provide you with clear and honest advice.
All our solutions are designed for the main user but if you have other family members who use the shower, we can discuss their requirements too to make sure everyone feels involved and benefits from the adaptation.
