Will I qualify for VAT exemption?
The majority of our customers will be VAT exempt. This means that you will not have to pay VAT if you are having a new bathroom installed, extended, or adapted if the work is being done to help you because of your mobility concerns.
Examples include having a bath removed and replaced with a shower or walk-in bath because of your disability, you have difficulty getting in and out of a traditional bath.
Can we replace our bath with a shower module?
Yes, our walk-in shower packages will fit in the same space as your old bath. Further information specific to your layout can be discussed at your design appointment.
Can we refresh our whole bathroom?
Our team of skilled experts can complete all of the required building & remedial works associated with your new bathroom and much more. Speak to our friendly team to find out more and book a design appointment today.
How long will it take once I place an order?
We pride ourselves on our efficient installation and we aim to complete all installations within 4 weeks from point of order.
Our installations can be fitted in just 1 day* – with minimal disruption and you will not be left without a toilet facility.
*This is based on a bath for bath replacement, alternative configurations can be completed with a 3-5 day installation.
How long will the installation take?
Depending on the level of work required for your specific project, our bath to bath installations can be completed in just 1 day. However other configurations will take between 3 to 5 days.
Our in-house fitters will make sure that all work is carried out with minimal disruption.
Do we use your own installers?
Yes, we have a highly skilled installation team who can take care of all of your installation requirements. We pride ourselves on having an inhouse team who can complete an existing swap out to a full bathroom renovation.
Your installation team will make sure that you are 100% happy with everything before we leave.
Do you have any special offers?
Yes. Will I have a single point of contact?
Throughout the entire process our team will be in touch with you every step of the way. You will have direct access to your account manager and technical surveyor.
We will provide you with a customer pack which contains all of the information you will require and contact numbers for all of our team.
Do all products come with a guarantee?
All of our products come with 12 months parts and labour warranty and many of our products offer a lifetime manufacturers product warranty.

- 30 year product warranty on all wallboards
- 10 year product warranty on wet room safety flooring

What aftercare will I receive?
Upon completion our installation team will complete a comprehensive Quality Control check, which they will run through with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with our work.
If, however following your installation that a problem does arise please do not hesitate to contact your dedicated account manager, who will be on hand to help resolve any queries you may have.
What COVID 19 policies are in place?
We know that keeping you safe is paramount, which is why we have a duty of care throughout our entire process. We have taken a number of steps to protect our customers and employees.
We ask that all our installation teams check their temperatures daily and will be instructed to self-isolate if necessary. Face covering are no longer required in a non-health care setting, however if you need our team to wear a mask whilst in your property, please do let us know in advance so we can make sure your request is adhered to.
How do I know my new wet room will stay watertight?
We promise lifetime product warranties on our accessible wet rooms. If there are any problems at all, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you.
What if my walk-in bath leaks?
A walk-in bath uses a watertight door to ensure that there is no leaking. Furthermore, our warranties and aftercare ensure that our products and installations will not have any functional problems.
