How our commercial process works
It starts with a technical survey, followed by a 3D design of your proposed bathing solution, including the products chosen, so you can see exactly what’s being proposed before work begins. On-site, our service includes the complete removal and disposal of the existing bathroom suite, and we respect and protect the areas we work in, reinstalling any items you need refitted, with minimal disruption so residents are not left without facilities.
We order and accept delivery of all new materials in advance, so there’s complete peace of mind that everything is correct and quality-checked before our installation team completes the transformation. Most bathroom installations are completed by our skilled team within three to five days.
Once complete, we value your feedback and carry out a quality questionnaire after installation, helping us continually improve our service and care.
